Fill out a waiver ahead of time! Every guest who is staying in the building must have a valid waiver on file. Jumpers and non-jumpers.
Waivers can ONLY be filled out by an adult 18 years or older. All jumpers 17 years old and younger MUST have a parent or guardian fill out their waiver.
First-timers must bring in a valid form of identification to verify their waiver. For those 17 years and younger the parent or guardian that filled out their waiver must be present to verify their waiver with a photo ID to jump.

Due to the uncontrollable behavior of some of our previous guests, we are now enforcing a parent drop off policy. A parent/legal guardian over the age of 18 with a valid ID must check in anyone under the age of 18. Prior to payment, you must go over all rules with your group in front of a staff member. If any rules are broken, your child will be asked to leave the building without a refund. We encourage parents to stay with children during their visit. Under no circumstances should you ever leave your child anywhere unsupervised. We are not responsible for your children when they are left alone in the facility. If they leave the building or are asked to leave due to behavior and a parent is not present, they will have to wait with law enforcement until a parent picks them up. Anyone asked to leave due to behavior will be banned or trespassed from the property indefinitely. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
